A Most Pleasant and Rewarding Experience In early January (1/8), my wife and I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota to have our then current Toyota Camry (2014) updated on a recall. While there, we In early January (1/8), my wife and I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota to have our then current Toyota Camry (2014) updated on a recall. While there, we decided just to look at the cars on display in the showroom. While we were looking around, Tom Coffey, whom we worked with on our 2014 model, came to meet us. We fully enjoyed our time then and were very content to talk with him again. He asked about us and wondered if we were interested in looking at a new car. We thought ‘why not?’ and proceeded to do that. There was absolutely no pressure regarding a sales promotion or approach and he was so friendly just to talk with about the newer vehicles. He offered to have us look at a new model and, as we did that, he suggested a test drive (without any ‘you really have to do this’). As we finished that and returned to the showroom, he came to us with a cost for the new vehicle and this looked so pleasing that we just had to accept. What an amazing adventure for us, since we went there without any inclination to purchase a new vehicle at that time. Tom was delightful to talk with and to consider what genuinely was in our best interests. We returned home with a new car, no payments and a deeper friendship with Tom than we enjoyed previously. In view of this experience and others, we would truly recommend the Mark Jacobson Toyota dealership, and especially Tom Coffee, for any automobile purchase. John and Linda Laetz More

He was the best ever and did not haggel my sister and I and was VERY honest and upfront with us and did not take the entire day...which was the best. He knew how to get us in the car that we needed and was again very upfront with us and this is mostly appreciative of consumer at least for me. I was hoping to have the best experience and I did and will return to purchase my 4th toyota in about 3 years. We love toyota cars/trucks and will always be fans of the brand! My new family car!!!!! I had a wonderful experience with Bruce. I came to the dealership with my fiancé, my daughter, and my 72-year old grandmother. Bruce did a great job to keep us all, including my two year old happy for 6 hours so they could work out a deal with the bank because of the fact that I have no credit at all and just switched job titles not being able to price my income. I not sure of who the financial person was who worked with the bank for me but he did an amazing job as well . Bruce made my new car experice great. He took me across to another lot to look at some other options for me. He also gave me certain options that he thought would work with my situation, payment, and warranty. From the first time I spoke with Bruce Wilkerson until I go I would just like to say how pleased I am with my experience at Mark Jacobson Toyota. From the first time I spoke with Bruce Wilkerson until I got my car he has been nothing but very professional, personable and polite. What I really liked was that I didn't have to spend hours at the dealership,. Mr. Wilkerson was able to do a lot of the paperwork over the phone. I was already disappointed from being turned down by one dealership and was about to give up but Bruce was able to lift my spirits and get some hope. He was very cheerful and encouraging-he took my info and started the process right away. He promised to do his best so i wouldn't be disappointed a second time. Even with my credit problems he was able to get me into a car. I was estatic when he called and told me I was approved! Bruce is the best-his personality makes you want to do business with him and I found him to be very professional and he kept me informed through the whole process all the while encouraging me to not give up. We were ready to leave, having exhausted everything in our price range, when Claudio informed us that there were a couple of recent trade ins which had not yet been processed, that might work for us. We went across the street, and there was a vehicle that was a possibility. We agreed to return Saturday morning for a test drive. We ultimately purchased that vehicle, because Claudio knew what we were looking for, and knew that he did not have a comparable vehicle readily available. My opinion is that he earned the extra effort award, and was one of the most pleasant salesman with whom I have dealt. He never resorted to the cheesy "what do I have to do?" line, but instead made sure that he helped us find what we wanted. I would recommend Claudio to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle. More
