MY New to me Venza We needed a second car, thought the Scion would be a perfect fit however my partner who is 6'4" couldn't sit in it comfortably. We met Mike Koestner We needed a second car, thought the Scion would be a perfect fit however my partner who is 6'4" couldn't sit in it comfortably. We met Mike Koestner while test driving the Scion. He totally understood our predicament. Mike encouraged us to come and see what he had across the road at the pre-owned lot. Today we went back to see what Mike might have I too had done a bit of research on the website. Mike greeted us with hugs and smiles like long lost family. We test drove one car and as we were explaining what was wrong about this particular car, Mike was in the back seat finding us a car we hadn't considered. It is now sitting in my driveway!!! Mike listened to what we needed the most important being a tie between gas milage, budget and if John could sit /drive the car comfortably. Mike delivered on all fronts. He took extra good care of us and I would not only go back to him again I highly recommend Mike Koestner for buying a car from. Lets face it car buying is stressful and having it made such an easy task was a treat. More

Christmas in February I went to Mark Jacobson, not knowing what to expect because I was still paying on my other car, and I didn't think I could afford to get a new car. I I went to Mark Jacobson, not knowing what to expect because I was still paying on my other car, and I didn't think I could afford to get a new car. I spoke with Sheyi, and the longer he listened to me the more he became involved in granting my wish. It was a well orchestrated process. I was dealt with in a professional manner by Sheyi and Jay, and they were genuinely concerned about making my wish come true. I don't know what Mark Jacobson does to take care of his employees, because I was at the receiving end of it and I would like to go on record to say "love it." Everyone I came in contact with rolled out the red carpet for me and I felt wonderful, not like I was at a dealership. In the end they delivered, and I rolled out with a brand new 2015 Corolla that I absolutely love. I am over the moon with Mark Jacobson Toyota, and I want to say thank you to Sheyi and Jay for a Christmas present in February! More

Mark Jacobson Toyota and my friend Alex Savio Dias I went to Mark Jacobson and Alex again two years after I bought my first official car from them prior to. Mr. Shea and Me. Kim were so polite and acco I went to Mark Jacobson and Alex again two years after I bought my first official car from them prior to. Mr. Shea and Me. Kim were so polite and accomodating I felt like I was doing something wrong it felt too surreal for me. Again I was welcomed like royalty and immediately felt comfortable enough to look around without being pressured. Alex came to me and didn't mention anything about a car or what I was looking for he asked me how my family and I have been shook my hand and gave me a hug. Wow! Floored by this guy again, he is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Anyways after several hours of me being indecisive and picky and not once lost his interest in what I needed and how he could accommodate us. I finally went with the remarkable Corolla 2015 and he mentioned he was proud of me for being a wise consumer after our lengthy car shopping session. He remained in tune and professional and this was more like two fri was catching up as oppose to an entity selling a car and someone looking for a car. I'm so satisfied I can't wait to upgrade again!
