I could see you love your job and was willing to help us and explore the different options. Without you and Luke, I am not sure if I would have ended up buying another Toyota vehicle for my family. I did visit different dealers and I almost buy my car from Hendrick, but the sales person I was working with me and his manager was literally rude, and just walked away from them. Utterly Painless I hate buying cars, and I dread it every time, but the good folks at Mark Jacobson made it easy, especially Thomas Coffey. He was the opposite of the high-pressure car salespeople I've encountered in past purchases. He gave us the information and let us make our decision without coercion. We never felt like he was upselling us or trying to trick us into paying for extras we didn't want. In the end we actually got a BETTER deal than we were asking for (of course, the fact that it was New Year's Eve may have had a little something to do with that, but I'm not complaining!) Highly recommended! More
