I was greeted by Mr. Flaganan and told him why I was there. He proceed to see what I wanted in a new car. I told him that I liked my Corolla I had if the possiblity exist for me to get a upgrade I would like the same type of vehicle. I went for a test drive in the car that I was aproved for and the ride was nice. I great appreciate Mr. Flanagan attitude and helpfulness in all aspect of my customer experince. He explained all the features of the car and what was different from my old car. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I liked his patience and perserverance in helping me . He was the opposite of the high-pressure car salespeople I've encountered in past purchases. He gave us the information and let us make our decision without coercion. We never felt like he was upselling us or trying to trick us into paying for extras we didn't want. In the end we actually got a BETTER deal than we were asking for (of course, the fact that it was New Year's Eve may have had a little something to do with that, but I'm not complaining!)
