The salesman that I spoke with over the phone (Mario) was currently assisting another customer and they provided me with a manager (Luke) to show me a selection of vehicles. He was called away and provided me with another sales person (Tom Coffey) to finish assisting me in my search. We made our decision and continued into the dealership to finish the purchase. In there, everyone we came in contact with was just as friendly. They offered drinks and popcorn while we waited (which our wait was extremely short). The gentleman behind the counter (Charlie) working on the approval was extremely helpful with the process as well. The whole proceedure was flawless and I will highly recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota to all my family members, friends and co-workers. This is my 2nd vehicle that I have purchase from this dealership and will return in the event I need another vehicle in the future. They always make you feel like family and the dealership is always spic and span clean. Two thumbs up to ALL! Thanks for everything! More
