Mike was cheerful and knowledgable. We soon found what we wanted and had all the necessary papers signed with the help of the business manager, Herbie Nelson, another nice, respectful member of the group here. I had come in twice this past week to test drive a few Toyota Prius C models and a Corolla, and appreciated having some hot coffee with extra creams that Mike found for me here one morning. I also enjoyed some fresh popcorn today that Mike brought while I was waiting for things to get processed. Mike even made my old license plate look like new to match the new looking red 2013 Toyota Prius C that I ended up purchasing. It was a very happy experience all in all. I met other staff like Ken and the manager who were all very friendly. Mike and a nice young man, Luke, helped me get my iPhone contact numbers installed in the car's computer system and showed me how to enter in the speed dial numbers. Mike filled up the gas tank, and I drove my new car away, happy! I recommend that others come here to find a good used car, or a new one. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Mike went the extra mile, as did Herbie Nelson. I am glad for the lifetime warranty, and feel that I will be well cared for here in the future. Thanks to them all for making me smile today!
