Pleasant Exerience Went to Mark Jacobson Toyota because I had heard they are highly ranked with their service department. My intention was to view the current inventory. I was greeted by friendly faces in the reception area. I explained what I wanted in a car, and was shown a model that matched my needs. After a test drive with a salesman that walked through all the features, I went back to the store and purchased the car. I was made to feel important, I felt very comfy, and was overjoyed at the entire experience. I will definitely go back and I will recommend this dealership to all my friends. More

He also went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of during & after our purchase. I bought a used car & during the time of waiting in between paperwork & other things, cars were rolling out the showroom one right after the other. I was impressed with everyone. I have even recommended this dealership to a couple of people looking to buy a vehicle. The prices seem reasonable also. If you are in the market to buy, check them out.
