Our Sales representative, Jay Bazooband, was an outstanding representative and offered my family the best customer care. Jay was in demand that day we and he worked so hard to keep us in the loop as to when he would be free to meet and answer our questions. While we waited, he made it possible for us to have access to look at a few different cars which allowed my husband and I the time we needed to form our own opinions about the car we were considering. Mr. Bazooband was respectful of the fact that we needed more than an "on -the- spot" time-frame to make a decision. He followed up with us the day after and upon our return he focused his time on us. He invited us to test drive the car again and answered all of our questions. Once we made the decision and purchased our car he went the extra mile and sat with me in the car and gave me a step by step break down of all the intricate details of how the car worked. Great customer service from Drew Fergus! I was looking for a late model Tundra and had found one listed on the Mark Jacobson web site. I was very surprised to see the low mileage on the vehic I was looking for a late model Tundra and had found one listed on the Mark Jacobson web site. I was very surprised to see the low mileage on the vehicle. I and my wife decided to go and check on the Tundra listed late Thursday evening, 8:00PM. Drew Fergus greeted us and stated the Tundra in questions was across the street in the tuck center, so Drew Fergus transported us to truck center to see the Tundra in question. The Tundra was in the maintenance shop needing a few issues corrected, so it was not ready for a test drive. Drew Fergus kept me addressed on the Tundras status and contacted me has soon the Tundra was ready. Well after seeing the Tundra and testing driving it I was sold!
