We'd just been to a dealership of another brand across town and left dissatisfied, but when we got to Mark Jacobson, we knew we were in the right place. Tay Page had us drive a Sienna and said the van would speak for itself. No pressure- just confidence that the vehicle would sell itself. It did. Now I've returned to MK for another Sienna. This time Barbara Decatur helped us find the right van and the right deal, and now Tay is doing her magic with finance at the dealership. As a woman, it's terrific having no pressure, having your questions answered without condescension, and the dealership is always a nice experience. I just completed another transaction wit I thought it was time to write a review for Mark Jacobson Toyota and especially our salesman, Alex Dias. I just completed another transaction with Alex, this makes my third. I have purchased a New Toyota RAV4 for my wife, assisted my mother in buying a New Toyota Corolla and just purchased a Used Subaru Forester from the MJ Used lot. Alex has assisted me phenomenally each and every time. It is safe to say I am not the easiest customer to deal with. I know what I want and have a good idea of what it will take to earn my business. Alex does a very good job rolling with the process and making me feel in the end that I got what I wanted. Sometimes that is all a salesman needs to do. Alex is very polite, easy to talk to and generally just a friendly person. I have no issue recommending Alex and/or Mark Jacobson in the future. They are serious about selling cars and if given a chance will make a deal happen. Keep up the good work. More
