I walked through the doors of Mark Jacobson on Tuesday morning with no intentions of leaving with a brand new vehicle. I am truly greatful. My salesman Ramzi and Herbie (finance guy) were the absolute Best. I never felt pressured and they didn't stop working until I was satisfied and said yes. These guys are great and I reccommend anyone to Ramzi. He won't stop until you are satisfied. I need at least and hour to talk about my wonderful experience. Just know that this was a Mercy Deal. Drew Fergus was fantastic! I had gone to another dealership the day before I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota and left to wander around for about half an hour with no offer of assis I had gone to another dealership the day before I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota and left to wander around for about half an hour with no offer of assistance. When I got out of my car at Mark Jacobson's, I was greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable "Drew Fergus"! There was no pressure at all. Drew answered all my questions in a very professional way and was very patient with me. After I drove off with my new purchase a couple of days after my initial visit, I went back the next day to inquire about a scrape on the bumper that neither of us had noticed during the purchase process. They offered to do the touch up for free! How great is that! It was the least stressful car buying experience I've ever had and you throw in great service ... you have a repeat customer. More
