Wow, exemplary is an understatement when it comes to Marc Jacobson Toyota. From the time I entered the building I received the best customer service anyone could've asked for. At first when I came to the lot Jacobson Toyota. From the time I entered the building I received the best customer service anyone could've asked for. At first when I came to the lot I only intended on browsing around awhile. I knew that I had poor credit and that mountains would have to be moved if I were to drive out of there with a car. However, by the end of the day, I was exiting the lot with a 2012 Chevrolet Impala! But none of this would have been possible if it wasn't for Alex Dias. He took me on a wonderful test drive and remained by my side the entire time. He could have been off working with other customers but he made me his number one priority that day and for that, ALEX DIA, I am forever grateful. You and your team's compassion, commitment, and outstanding hospitality is what will always make Marc Jacobson stand out above the rest. Mr. Dias was very helpful in finding me a car that fit all of my requirements: good gas mileage, reliability and my budget. I did not have much to work with in that my current car was a pile of junk and all of my requirements: good gas mileage, reliability and my budget. I did not have much to work with in that my current car was a pile of junk and on it's last leg, yet, Mr. Dias managed to get me a great deal on a trade in, a great used Mazda (2012) with only 37,000 miles and financing that rivaled the State Employees' Credit Union. I really appreciated all of the other employees who helped me, too, like the used car specialist on the lot (sorry! Cannot recall his name!) and Sheyi Bucknor-Smartt. I am very happy with my purchase! Mr. Dias surpassed my expectations! More
