I was a first time car buyer and Karen was very helpful with selecting a car in my price range and didn't try to show me anything out of that range. After I decided to buy the car, my interactions with the finance department was fine, but the process was very slow. They were also a bit careless in terms of confirming all the correct document and payments. Overall very nice, but a little too rushed during the finance part. I would suggest they slow down and focus on the current customer instead of thinking about other customers and missing obvious steps in the process. More

I really didn't intend to purchase on my first visit, but they had exactly what I wanted and were more than willing to work with me on financing. I honestly didn't think I would be able to get financing and was thoroughly shocked when they made it work. In addition, I got a good trade in for my very run down and damaged vehicle. I cannot thank Ian Edgington enough for all his work. He was even able to help me with insurance as I moved here from out of state. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, the service was that good.
