I was a first time car buyer and Karen was very helpful with selecting a car in my price range and didn't try to show me anything out of that range. After I decided to buy the car, my interactions with the finance department was fine, but the process was very slow. They were also a bit careless in terms of confirming all the correct document and payments. Overall very nice, but a little too rushed during the finance part. I would suggest they slow down and focus on the current customer instead of thinking about other customers and missing obvious steps in the process. More

I really didn't intend to purchase on my first visit, but they had exactly what I wanted and were more than willing to work with me on financing. I honestly didn't think I would be able to get financing and was thoroughly shocked when they made it work. In addition, I got a good trade in for my very run down and damaged vehicle. I cannot thank Ian Edgington enough for all his work. He was even able to help me with insurance as I moved here from out of state. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, the service was that good. My experience with Jay Bazooband of Mark Jacobson was nothing short of great! I initially went to Jay not sure exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. My husband and I went in the following day, Mrs. Decatur was more then willing to help me, she worked very hard in getting me a car and her professionlism was great. I originally came to the dealership only to look at a new Prius III. The dealership had a Prius IV in the color I wanted. After seeing the quality of the car, I asked Barbara to give me the financial detai Prius III. The dealership had a Prius IV in the color I wanted. She brought back not only the cost detail, but a lower price on the Prius IV (which I wasn't expecting), and I was able to purchase it. Barbara's knowledge of the car helped me make the right decision. She was also very friendly and easy to work with. I normally dread the car buying process, but my experience at Mark Jacobson was very pleasant and quick. No pressure whatsoever, only helpful information, and excellent customer service all the way through the process to the end. The Prius IV is beautiful and comfortable, and I am happy I purchased this car. I am looking forward to saving thousands of dollars because of the great gas mileage I will be getting. Toyota is the only manufacturer who has demonstrated its dedication to creating energy efficient cars. Nothing else comes close to the Prius.
