I had looked everywhere for a new vehicle, unsure of what I was going to buy, but I had a list of things that I wanted. When I went to a different Toyota dealership, I fell back in love with the 4-Runner, as I was going to buy, but I had a list of things that I wanted. When I went to a different Toyota dealership, I fell back in love with the 4-Runner, as I used to own one. Even though I was buying a 2013 after all the 2014's were out, none of the dealerships were willing to come down hardly at all on the list price. (And we were returning customers at that Toyota dealership.) So after that I was going to settle on a different vehicle, even though it wasn't my favorite. That's when Chelsey called from Mark Jacobson Toyota. My husband had placed a call to them asking about the 4-Runners on the lot, told her what I wanted, and what we wanted to pay. She was not only able to do that for us, but to get me what I wanted on my trade! The overall experience was great, from beginning to end, unlike some of the other dealerships I dealt with. They were pushy, or just not hearing what I wanted. We didn't have that problem at all with Chelsey, she was great to work with and even called to see how I was enjoying my new vehicle! More

After looking for a used Toyota Yaris for many weeks, I found that Mark Jacobson Toyota had one on its lot. I had previously avoided these large car dealerships like the plague due to bad experiences (over found that Mark Jacobson Toyota had one on its lot. I had previously avoided these large car dealerships like the plague due to bad experiences (overly pushy car salesmen, high ticket prices, and unaffordable fees) in the past. I did NOT find that here. Alex welcomed me immediately and was very informative and kind the entire time we met with him. I took my time deciding whether or not to purchase the car and (even though it was getting close to closing time) never felt hurried.
