I was a first time car buyer and Karen was very helpful with selecting a car in my price range and didn't try to show me anything out of that range. After I decided to buy the car, my interactions with the finance department was fine, but the process was very slow. They were also a bit careless in terms of confirming all the correct document and payments. Overall very nice, but a little too rushed during the finance part. I would suggest they slow down and focus on the current customer instead of thinking about other customers and missing obvious steps in the process. More
