Barbara found the perfect truck for our business Shopping for a vehicle is never easy. We got to Toyota having something in mind and told Barbara Decatur what we wanted. There was an issue with the key lock box at the Toyota Truck building so she had to run back to the main building. Once she got back she realized someone had organized the truck keys wrongly and so, once again, she had to run back up to find the correct keys. I felt bad for her but once she found all the correct keys she was able to point us to the exact truck that had all of the features we were looking for. She was extremely helpful and made what could be a rather frustrating experience, simple and easy. The only bad thing was all of the paperwork but you are going to get that anywhere you go. Finally Out of a Lease! I leased a Camry from another dealership and from the beginning told them something was not right. I was ignored. When I asked how I could get out of I leased a Camry from another dealership and from the beginning told them something was not right. I was ignored. When I asked how I could get out of the lease, they said I could not. I was stuck with a car that was not right and I did not enjoy driving. I moved to Durham and brought my car to get the 20,000 mile service. I was treated so well, I could not believe it. I rented a car to drive to Georgia for a family funeral (could not put the miles on a lease!). Barbara in the rental department is the BEST ever. When I drove the Corolla, it just reinforced what I knew...there was something wrong with the Camry. When I returned the rental, I asked to be directed to the sales department, hoping to buy the rental car. That did not happen, but Ola, Sheyi and Robert worked some magic and I drove home in a new Corolla. These men stayed very late helping me and I appreciate their professionalism and kindness, but most of all getting me out of a lease and into a car that I can enjoy driving. Thank you fellas and Barbara for your excellent service. They really do treat people like family here, a welcome change from the other dealership. More
