THE best place for your first car I just relocated to the Durham area for a job. Having never been to North Carolina, when I first visited I knew I needed to check some things off the list. The first being looking for a car. The first person I encountered in the Mark Jacobson Toyota was Mr. Frank Adams. My dad and I were short on time and just wanted to inquire about the possibility of buying or leasing a car here. From the very beginning, Mr. Frank took care of us. Instead of pushing for a sale, he recognized the time frame and sat down with us to have an actual conversation (which has not been my experience at other car dealers). Not only was it refreshing, but also, affirming that I will be getting my car from here. So much so, that later that same day we went back and actually worked with Mr. Frank through all the paperwork and what not to seal the deal on a 2020 Toyota Corolla SE. Not only did Mr. Frank ensure that I was comfortable with everything, he went the extra mile and prepped so the car and color I wanted would be here when I moved since it was not in their lot at the time. Working with Mr. Frank was such a breeze. He made sure everything was perfect for when I was all settled in and came down to get the car. Mr. Tony and Mr. Luke were also a major part of the process. Being unfamiliar with the area, Mr. Luke printed off a list of restaurants and things to do for me which was such a kind thing to do. Mr. Tony was excellent in helping us through the financials and paperwork as well. Overall, my expectations were exceeded with Mr. Frank, Mr. Tony, and Mr. Luke, and I cannot express enough my gratitude towards them. I am excited to be part of the family! More
