Frank gets to know his customers, and is able to lead me through the ins and outs to ensure I get exactly what I want at the right price. In 2011 he worked with me consistently over a year to help me find the exact Prius I wanted and could afford. This time he was ready after talking with me for about 10 minutes and before I left yesterday, I had exactly what I wanted in my price range. We looked at several Rav 4s before we got the right one.
