We worked with two sales representatives: Barbara Decatur and Edwin Caldwell, who filled in for Barbara on the second day when we finalized the purchase. Craig Maxa, the Sales Manager, was also exceptional and took time to talk personally with us several times, and not just on the sale. We received a very fair trade-in offer for our 2010 Toyota Prius and the negotiated purchase price on the Camry was also very competitive and fair. Oleseyi Bucknor-Smartt walked us through the financing options very thoroughly, and we elected to finance the purchase through Toyota because of the 5-year, no-interest loan we were offered. We were treated like VIPs with no pressure from anyone to buy. It was a wonderful experience and we have made Mark Jacobson Toyota our dealer of choice from now on! And we LOVE our new Camry Hybrid (52 mpg)! More

“Above and Beyond Customer Service” We had purchased a Toyota Highlander in 2004 from Mark Jacobson Toyota (great car!) and have had serviced almost exclusively here over the years, so w We had purchased a Toyota Highlander in 2004 from Mark Jacobson Toyota (great car!) and have had serviced almost exclusively here over the years, so we are familiar with the dealership and great service department. But this process of buying a new car was not painful or pressure filled or problematic. It was actually tremendously positive. Eloy Garcia knew a lot about the cars and was able to answer really any question we had, and exhibited great patience as well as a great personality. Mitch Williams was extremely professional and helpful in finance, not always the most fun part. . But one thing that really impressed us was how friendly everybody else was, speaking to us, making sure somebody was helping us, etc. When a torrential storm hit near the time we would leave with the vehicle, they pulled our old car and new one underneath cover to facilitate shifting stuff to the new vehicle. This dealership prides itself in going above and beyond, including phone calls after the sale to make sure we like the car, have questions, etc. My husband had to come back the following day with some paperwork and was waiting for someone, and Bill Morgan (whom I had talked to but my husband had not met the previous day) saw him waiting, asked if he could help and then went out of this way to find the papers which needed signing. This kind of service doesn’t happen most places! More

Felt supported throughout the car-buying process When I first entered Mark Jacobson’s Toyota, I was just trying to do some research, knowing I would be in the market for a car soon. We were assigned When I first entered Mark Jacobson’s Toyota, I was just trying to do some research, knowing I would be in the market for a car soon. We were assigned to work with Frank Adams, and he was incredibly patient as we looked at several models and answered many questions. We left the dealership and returned an hour later wanting to look at one more model, and Frank was immediately there to assist us again. Within a few weeks, he found the car I thought I was going to get. He answered every question I had and found the information for me when he didn’t know the answers immediately. After crunching numbers, I was crushed to discover I couldn’t afford the car and realized I needed to look at used models. I had to make the difficult call to Frank to tell him this. Instead of acting like I wasted his time, he listened when I told him I wanted a used car and immediately accepted when I asked if he would help find me one. Every time he found a car he thought I might be interested in, he called me. When we finally found the car I purchased, Frank spent about 5 hours with me that day, looking at the car, test-driving it, answering the hundreds of questions I had, calculating payments with me, helping me fill out paperwork, and eventually handing me the key at the end of the night. He (and the team at Mark Jacobson) even stayed past closing time to make sure I was well taken care of and to personally hand me the key. Then, he took a few extra minutes to help me hook my phone up to the Bluetooth in the car. Buying a car fills me with anxiety, and Frank was there to alleviate all my worries. He always returned my calls and texts, and he worked hard to make sure I found the best car for me. I never felt like Frank just wanted to make a sale; instead, I felt supported by him through this process. I would definitely recommend working with Frank and Mark Jacobson! Thanks Frank!!! More
