Amazing service that actually care about you! I came into the Mark Jacobson Toyota after having a horrible experience with another dealership that was trying to do a "yo-yo" deal, and Leo was able I came into the Mark Jacobson Toyota after having a horrible experience with another dealership that was trying to do a "yo-yo" deal, and Leo was able to help me! He took the time to sit down with me and make calls that lead to rectifying those issues. Leo then gave me an amazing deal on a brand new Rav4, without loopholes and hidden conditions. If that wasn't enough, after driving away with the car I noticed a scratch on one of my windows and Leo did not hesitate in going straight to Mark Jacobson himself to have the scratch fixed. I am currently in the process of waiting for the dealership to arrange for that appointment, but I have no doubt they will go above and beyond yet again. More
