David was helpful and easy to work with, taking the time to go over car with my daughter and me. From start where I was saying "I m just looking around", long test drive (which I appreciated), paperwork, and end driving off the lot with the new car took a couple of hours. Tay was quick and efficient with the paperwork for the purchase, also letting me know other options (which I did decline), and I did appreciate that wasn't a pressure to up sell these items as I'd experienced in the past at other dealers - though still declined in these cases too, this always left me with a unpleasant feeling at the end of the transaction. Checking Bluebook, price was a few percent above listed price. Comparing to similar vehicles on Autotrader, the price was a bit below the median, which I thought good, especially considering the car had many options (nav, moon roof, etc.) not commonly included on Corollas. Included was the Toyota Certified warranty the first year or next 12,000 miles as well as continued power-train for the next 60,000 miles - that is up to 100,000 total miles - giving me some peace of mind. More
