Tom Coffey was again the sales professional that took care of all the details just as he did last year when my wife and I bought our Highlander. Having handled most of the details online, I was in and out of the dealership in just over and hour - unheard of. Tom was once again on point and Tay in the Finance office was a pleasure to talk to as all the paperwork was prepared and signed. Great staff all around and another happy purchase. Thanks. More

Sad about my old car, but knowing I? had to get out of my rental, I went in search of a replacement. I pulled onto the used car lot at Mark Jacobson and David promptly and politely introduced himself without coming across as pushy. I am educated and very selective [some could call me high-maintenance or a pain in the a**] but nonetheless he was a trooper: both attentive and positive, he asked if I? knew what I? was looking for (of course, I? did!), he ran all over the place getting keys and information on the vehicles I’d selected for evaluation and even held my infant daughter for me while I? compared cars. I? wound up getting a very fair—indeed generous—price on the car I? ultimately selected, and I? feel I? received an all around fantastic value :) I? ended up buying a 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum with AWD. I? was and still am very happy with the car itself and I? remain impressed with all of the cheerful, competent, and professional people like David L. and Rob V. on the sales side as well as my guy who helped me in finance and all of those working in the service lane too. I highly recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota because their team are all warm, friendly, knowledgeable, resourceful, and ultimately highly proficient.
