We looked at used cars and new cars, and decided to purchase a new car because of the Lifetime Insurance program on the main components of the car. Not once did we feel pressured. David gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision about the best car for us. We purchased the week before Christmas, and we have 4 kids, so our availability to be on site was limited.
