Tianna was an excellent salesperson! I was looking for a used car and applied on line where I was approved. I went to the dealership and was told that there appeared to be a problem with I was looking for a used car and applied on line where I was approved. I went to the dealership and was told that there appeared to be a problem with my credit. My wife and I checked my credit before we applied. My wife purchased a new 2017 from Leith Toyota and we told Tianna that we would check with Leith and thanked her for her time. The next day I received a text from Tianna informing me that I could get a new 2018 Corolla with my trade in. I was pleased with her efforts to get me the monthly payment I requested. This was my first new car in 24 years! Thank you Tianna and Bob! More

The car was portrayed to be in excellent condition and had just been serviced by the service department. We live over 3 hours away from the dealership so it was very important to us to have a quality used car. Before we even got home with the car, warning lights and the check engine light came on. It was like an episode from Andy Griffith. We called the dealership repeated times and was simply ignored and nothing done. The staff are very unprofessional and customer satisfaction is not at the top of the list. Just sell cars as quick as you can - that's their motto! Do not visit this dealership or purchase a vehicle from them. Toyota is the best car on the market but this dealership is not the best dealership to handle the product! More

We ended up leaving with a brand new Tacoma TRD Pro and were/are extremely happy with the service we were provided with by the whole team. Turhan Johnson (TJ), our salesman that day was extremely helpful, honest, and responsive the entire time we were there. He always told us if he didn't know the answer to our question that he would ask and find out the answer, and he usually got us an answer within the next few minutes. We are super happy to have worked with TJ and also Tay on our purchase. TJ got us the first look at the TRD Pro that had just come in that day and is the reason we left with it the same day. Tay worked with us on the finances to get us a great deal and they both worked on making sure they followed up on what was promised (rubber floor mats and front window tinting). I would definitely work with them again for our next car purchase if we are looking for another Toyota or other pre-owned car. More

I bought my previous Camry through him quite a few years ago. I walked into Mark Jacobson after going through frustrating and annoying high pressure tactics to make a sale at other places. Ian gave me a car buying experience that no other person in car sales had given me. He has an interest in his client's needs and goes above and beyond to make sure his client is getting the car they will be happy in. NO high pressure that you see so much in other places. Ian communicates well and always makes sense. I like how he shares knowledge and is such a genuine person who does follow up and keep in touch with his people. He even stops by during my oil change and says, "How's the Camry? How's the family?". We always discuss the places we go. He is a joy to work with and knowing I work with someone like him takes a lot of stress away from making a large purchase. I am a loyal customer to Mark Jacobson Toyota and have always trusted the repair facility as well. From my first time walking in to Mark Jacobson, Ian gave me a truly great first impression the that keeps me and others coming back.
