He also provided a lot useful and relevant information on different trim levels of the vehicles and answered all our questions regarding to various options put on the cars and available promotions by the dealership. He followed up with a phone call next morning and promised to match the best offer that we had. Our 2nd visit to the dealership went smoothly --- Michael secured a great deal for our new RAV4 in a matter of an hour.
