Thanks for saying "Yes" Returned to Mark Jacobson as a 3peat customer after thankfully surviving a collision in my 2015 Toyota Rav 4 XLE on Dec 6, 2017. I wanted to purchase the same vehicle after it's proven safety from the accident. I rushed under time constraints and purchased another Rav from another dealer which I quickly returned due to some immediate service problems . Special thanks to: Salesman Mike Klein who was understanding and persistent and called me to say" I got another Rav4 for you!"and worked out a deal. Mike even gave me a ride back to Mark Jacobson Toyota. This is where I was super excited and thankful to meet my 2015 Rav 4 Limited-Upgrade from before! MESS UP DEAL! Edwin Caldwell is the worst car salesman that I have ever dealt with in my life.👎I have been buying Toyota cars forever! He completed ignored my request did not consider other options. Edwin completed the deal. The next morning I returned back to the bank and they was raising xxxx because the deal was missing the most important part. Edwin called me several times that day to return back to Mark Jacobson Toyota in Durham NC from Greensboro NC so he could fix it. Thanks to Todd, we also got better lease terms and a lower monthly payment relative to the Subaru despite the RAV4's significantly higher sticker price.
