Great customer service I recently found myself in the market for a new vehicle and had done quite a bit of research on the type of car I wanted. I had planned to visit and d I recently found myself in the market for a new vehicle and had done quite a bit of research on the type of car I wanted. I had planned to visit and drive 3 vehicles and make my choice and probably buy it online as I do most things these days. I came to Toyota first because when I purchased my very first car in 1991 it was a Toyota and I loved that car. It was late when I came in that Thursday night and Alex Diaz greeted me with soft smile. He started with his salesman's pitch but once he realized that I was the type a person that new what she wanted and we began our journey. Alex picked out the car and color I requested and took me on an amazing test drive. My daughter and I fell in love with the C-HR, it was just what we wanted. I was very tired and so was he and business managers. They pressed on until we were done and followed me home to deliver my new C-HR. Mrs Tay Page was also very pleasant to work with an very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to going to the service department and getting the same great service. More
