Because I have a long commute, I knew I wanted a Prius. Everyone I know who has one loves it! When I arrived at Mark Jacobson, Sam had the three Priuses I had looked at online by the door, ready for the test drive. He had a great job explaining the features (big differences from the 2003 Honda I'd been driving!). He was very helpful and professional in handling the sales process. Sam even helped me return the rental I was driving. I particularly appreciate that there were no raised eyebrows or remarks about a woman buying a car by herself. This was a nice change from the experience other female friends had found at other auto dealers. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam and Mark Jacobson Toyota. More
