Recommenadation of sales team Pre-owned Dealershp(:)) I had a very bad experience at the new car showroom on July 12, 2017. I was asked by the receptionist to go outside and wait and a salesman would be r I had a very bad experience at the new car showroom on July 12, 2017. I was asked by the receptionist to go outside and wait and a salesman would be right out to help me. I waited 15 minutes and no one came out to greet me. I went back in and asked her again. She said please go back outside and I will send someone right away. I waited another 20 minutes outside, still no salesman!! I walked through the showroom and got in my car and left without even a hello!! I had made my mind up that another dealership would get my business. On July 14, 2017, I decided to just ride through the pre-owned lot. Immediately a sales consultant by the name of Ramzi Alshamali approached me. I shared with him what happened when I visited the new car showroom. He was very unhappy and told me he would take very good care of me. Ramzi also called the manger of the new car store to let him know of my experience.. I also met the sales manager of the pre-owed dealership Rob Vulgamott. They both are the apitamy of what customer service should be! They went over and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I love my vehicle and could not have asked for a better sales team to help me accomplish this!! Kudos to Ramzi and Rob!! They were so caring and nice!!
