I have just purchased my fourth Camry. Our first was Blue, second was Black, third was Black and this one is Blue (All from Mark Jacobson Toyota). Tom Coffey, at Mark Jacobson Toyota, is our go to guy for cars. He is efficient, fair, honest, personable and a no pressure salesman. From test drive to drive off, we were only in the showroom just over two hours. I will always buy a car from Tom Coffey (his newborn will probably be in school by next time). I find the entire Mark Jacobson team very helpful and friendly; from the associates at the front, the sales staff, finance staff and the service team. Mark Jacobson Toyota has the price of every vehicle on the vehicle. You don't have to go inside while a salesperson keeps you there trying to hunt down the price of the vehicle. Those kind of tactics to trap you inside turns me off. I will never buy from any dealership that does that. Mark Jacobson Toyota is also no haggle, I love that too. You know the price going into the dealership and don't waste any time dickering over a hundred or so dollars, they deserve a fair profit and from what I see, that's what they are earning. Also, using the internet sales quote helps cut down the time at the dealership. Tom Coffey went over the specifications, accessories, and answered all our questions for the three vehicles we purchased from him. Tom Coffey also helped me, my wife, and son set up Toyota Entune. our smart phones are now synced to our new vehicles. Ok, I'm done raving. Just go there and find out for yourself!!!!!! Carlos Villanueva was incredibly nice; showed me a car and then said that car was overpriced and so he was going to show me a better one. I seriously would not have bought this car , a preowned Camry, if he hadn't given me such a good deal and been such a decent human being to deal with. I then had a minor rattle which they took care of pretty quickly. I can't imagine I won't have some bumps along the way, but I've been pretty happy so far. More
