Right from the start he made both me and my wife feel really comfortable and welcomed…a perfect fit. Mike is super knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He knows how to put all the moving pieces together with ease, comfort and no pressure. Mike had us driving out the door with our new, beautiful vehicle (big kudos to Derrick, too) the same day. This meant a lot to me and my wife. There is a synergy at this dealership for sure and Mike plays an important part of that. My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles, 2 for my wife and 1 for my son. I also assisted my mother in her purchase with Alex's help. First thing you need to know is that I am not an easy customer...I know that. I have been in sales for many years. I get the game and as such I do my research, I always come prepared and I always want to leave satisfied with the price I paid. To be be clear, I want a good deal but more importantly I want to feel good about the purchase. During the purchase AND after the purchase. Alex is awesome. Quick to respond, always willing to answer my questions and then once the heat of the deal is underway he respects my needs and helps me navigate the process. I appreciate his help. I appreciate how he acknowledges my wife and has shown her respect during our multiple visits. I appreciate his consistent follow-up, including the birthday wishes each year. This is the little stuff that big successes are made of. In a business famous for employee churn, I would hope that Mark Jacobson realizes the valuable asset they have in Alex.
