Test drive was great, but when we got down to the numbers my wife and I realized that this just was not in the budget at the time. The salesman and manager were great to work with and understanding that it just wasn't time. I've been to other dealerships that were overly pushy in trying to "make" you buy something, but we both appreciated not being pressured. After a budget review, we came back with a better outlook and because of the positive experience with the first visit, went back to the same salesman. We ended up with the car we wanted at the price we were after, and there was minimal headache and back and forth with negotiation. I also appreciated the fact that no one ever tried to sell us anything that we did not want. We felt like we were in charge not the other way around, and I think that is how it should be. We will definitely buy our next vehicle here. More

Mel was highly knowledgeable about the various trim lines and helped us find the right range of vehicles to meet our specific needs. Mel gave excellent advice during negotiations about price and worked with us to find the specific trim line and options within our price range. We've worked with several dealerships before (Honda, BMW), but MJ Toyota staff, Mel, in particular, were the friendliest, laid back, and most efficient at helping us get to a 'buy/no buy' decision in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Mel and MJ Toyota to anyone who are considering a purchase of a new Toyota. More
