Very helpful and understanding I traded in a new 2017 Rav4 LE, purchased Dec 2, 2016, that had about 800 miles for a new Rav4 XLE because I was informed on Dec 9,2016 ( just one wee I traded in a new 2017 Rav4 LE, purchased Dec 2, 2016, that had about 800 miles for a new Rav4 XLE because I was informed on Dec 9,2016 ( just one week after I bought the LE,) that I required unexpected hip replacement surgery, which was done on Dec 16, 2016. Since the surgery, it appeared to us that the XLE has features that, in my case, would be more user friendly, such as power rear lift gate along with some other features. The entire staff at Mark Jacobson was very understanding and very helpful. More

Ok with the final outcome, could have been better. A few things offered, were not in the final deal. I think MJ knew it, but I was not paying attention and missed it until after.
