Great Experience I went to trade in my 2008 Toyota Highlander (purchased new at Mark Jacobson) for a 2017 Highlander. I asked the young ladies seated at the reception I went to trade in my 2008 Toyota Highlander (purchased new at Mark Jacobson) for a 2017 Highlander. I asked the young ladies seated at the reception desk for a recommendation of a sales person. I told them I wanted someone who was very knowledgeable and particular. They recommended Frank Adams and he was the best. Frank listens, is patient, professional in manner and appearance, is not pushy, and extremely knowledgeable. He could answer all my questions.
