Professional and knowlegable service rep. Service rep Allen Buck did an awesome job from the first phone call to get my truck in and answering my questions. Room for improvement We have done business with this dealership for many years. From when it was Moore Ford until now. We have purchased well over a million dollars in inv We have done business with this dealership for many years. From when it was Moore Ford until now. We have purchased well over a million dollars in inventory from it over the years and currently run 10+ vehicles through it regularly for service. It has seemed as of late like there is a $1,500 dollar quota they try to meet every time we roll through there. When we express concern over the high price, we are normally able to get two or three hundred dollars knocked off. I don’t think we should have to ask for lower prices when we have been such long standing customers and spent so much here over the years. I think it would help a lot if Ford did a better job of standing behind it’s vehicles and owning up to the problems they have. The truck this service is involving has just surpassed $16,000 spent on issues it’s had. Front end rebuilt twice, bad urea heater, bad urea sensor, complete new air conditioner, blown turbo lines, body mounts replaced from rotting out, fuel sensors and switches going bad and the list goes on. It has less than 90k miles on it. We will most likely be moving our business to GMC for 3/4 ton trucks and bigger for this reason. The problem that was addressed on this visit literally started the day I picked it up from the previous visit. I told them I thought it probably related to the earlier visit or possibly something they did during the earlier that caused it. They said it wasn’t related, but the timing seems awful strange to me. I really think there is a lot of room for improvement in this whole situation. Just to be clear, Justin has been great to work with. I think these issues are a deeper problem that he has no control over. More
