The part is newer and on backorder, so he sent me home with my vehicle, and told me he would contact me as soon as it came in. He is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Midtown is conveniently located for me and service is great. This visit however, would have been nice to know that I should’ve driven up to the Express Service entry instead of parking in back of two oth great. This visit however, would have been nice to know that I should’ve driven up to the Express Service entry instead of parking in back of two other cars in front of the Service entry and waiting 5+ minutes before one of two service attendants acknowledged my presence inside, and who, several minutes later, told me to walk over to Express. It was late in the afternoon so I figured everyone was tired and I hoped service would be okay. Service was great and quick. The checkout staffer was so pleasant and attentive leaving me with a positive takeaway too. Also, I was impressed that my attendant alerted the food guy that I was coming in to the waiting area, where I appreciated the complimentary Coke. More

Car buying experience I hate going to car dealerships and buying cars. Zach is great, he was honest and upfront! He got us through the first part of the buying quickly. However, when paying cash, I don't feel I should have to add an hour, to an already lengthy process, to visit with finance. Don't want it, don't need it, skip it! More
Very pleased with the service. Enjoyed driving back to Price. The only drawback to our experience was the length of time to go through the process. I arrived at the appointed time and was greeted right away and checked in without delay. I was provided with a loaner car as a part of the service I selected and it was great. I was kept up to speed on what was happening and notified when the car was done. I needed many things done but it was completed by the end of one day. Friendly and helpful employees as always. More
