Extra Mile Service Was in the market for a Subaru. We knew which vehicle we wanted, but weren't sure we could afford it, so I went over to the dealership late one Saturd Was in the market for a Subaru. We knew which vehicle we wanted, but weren't sure we could afford it, so I went over to the dealership late one Saturday night about a half an hour before closing just to see what kind of financing was available. Sarah Tilley in sales sat down with me and went over everything to find me the best deal possible, then stayed two hours past closing along with Jon Phizacklea in finance to get us into our new vehicle. Sunday afternoon we went out to set up the new features, and to our dismay as we started the car we heard a clunking noise (which happened every time we started the car). first thought that came to mind was that we had purchased a lemon. To make a long story short, took the car to the service department Monday afternoon and they verified the clunk and said they would have to keep the car overnight to do some diagnostics. told Sarah about the problem and our concerns and by Tuesday afternoon we had another new vehicle. If I could give Sarah and Jon 10 stars I would. They really went the extra mile for us. Thank you! More
