The best car buying experience I have ever had. I purchase a used Subura on a Wednesday, then a engine light came on and off for two days. When I called to see when I took take it in, the nice person on the phone asked when I could bring it in. That was great customer service. I was able to go on my lunch hour to have it looked at. Seth in the service department had the issue fixed and washed the car in less than 30 minutes. I was back to work within the hour. Everyone at Midtown is very helpful!!!!!!! Again best car experience. I own 3 Subaru’s and will buy from Mark Miller again. 😊 More

He told me that it would take about an hour to make the software upgrade. While they were making the upgrade they found that the battery had been leaking so the replaced it all under warrantee. I got the car back in about an hour and a half and the work was completed. More
