Express Concierge Service Is Amazing My 'No-Worry' leased Subaru Outback was coming up on 6,000 miles and needed it's first service. (And I was conveniently reminded of this by email). I My 'No-Worry' leased Subaru Outback was coming up on 6,000 miles and needed it's first service. (And I was conveniently reminded of this by email). I'm on online chat and text person so that's how I scheduled the service knowing that I could have them come pick up the car and deliver it back to me. What I didn't realize until they asked for my DL and insurance information was that they were giving me a loaner car. Bonus! And the loaner car was supposed to cost $40 but they didn't charge me. I got text messages advising me that the concierge service was on it's way and could even track them as they traveled. Once they had the car they updated me by text that the car was complete and let me request the same concierge service for it to be dropped off and the loaner car picked up. This is the car world I've always wanted to live in. I bought this car online and only went into the dealership to drop off my trade in. (And apparently they are working on even eliminating that trip to the dealership in the future.) I really love this car but the service I've received has sold me on Mark Miller Subaru. They make car buying and maintenance easy. More

Customer Friendly Through The Whole Buying Process! I'd always heard that Mark Miller Subaru was the 'only place in town' to send your business and had even referred other buyers before actually making I'd always heard that Mark Miller Subaru was the 'only place in town' to send your business and had even referred other buyers before actually making my first purchase! From the time I first started looking online to the final purchase, Mark Miller Subaru in Midtown was there when I had questions, kept me updated on information regarding the 2019 options and yet was never one of those obnoxious businesses that frequently 'spam' your email inbox. When I made my final purchase decision both Sarah and Curtis were right there when I needed them, right up to my final drive out the lot moment! As an added bonus, a $250 donation was made to the charity of my choice!! I can't think of a single reason why anyone would purchase a Subaru from any other dealership. Great job, Mark Miller Midtown! More

No pressure just perfection I was so happy to have found Mark Miller. I have a family friend who works there and my parents have bought from him before. The help I recieved as a I was so happy to have found Mark Miller. I have a family friend who works there and my parents have bought from him before. The help I recieved as a first time car buyer was incredible. They knew exactly what to do and where to help. Everything was so low key, they did not push me to purchase a car and I knew they wanted me in something that’d make me happy. And the car I did get, they spent so much time fixing it looks as if it was brand new. They believe in the quality of sales rather than the quantity. It’s not about making bank on every person that comes in, it’s about making sure that person goes home in something they really want. More

I kept coming in to drive different cars, ask questions, grumble about the horrible dark tinted windows that they all had and generally be annoying. Hector has the patience of a saint and provided me with all the information I needed to finally make up my mind. Now I have a darling orange Crosstrek! More
