Mark Miller was our first stop and my parents had recently bought an Outback there and recommended Mike Pierce. We stopped by and were put in touch with Mike right away. We weren't there for more than 1/2 hour before I decided that this was the ONLY stop we needed to make. Mike was fantastic. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable and transparent. I quickly found that any concerns I had about buying a car or dealing with a car salesman did not apply here. Great service team I ordered a full set of tires. Somehow an online glitch prevented the tires order from being processed. Jorge Reyes would not stop until the matter wa I ordered a full set of tires. Somehow an online glitch prevented the tires order from being processed. Jorge Reyes would not stop until the matter was completely resolved. He went far above my own expectations and even exceeded anything I would have possibly imagined. He is a true professional and deserves far more than the handshake and heartfelt 'thank you' I gave him. Perhaps his supervisors/managers will read this and further convey my deepest appreciation. The best part (for me) will be driving to the competitors' locations sporting my new tires and exclaiming how I got a better deal AND far better customer service. And, yes, I do plan to do it.
