When I called for an appointment to the number on the form, I got someone, somewhere who had no clue of anything. She said she made an appointment...didn’t. I called back to your dealership directly, got it all straightened out, got an appointment. In the discussion, I was told that is really a 5 hour fix. WOW - 5 hours in the heat of SLC? Not happening. So the appointment was graciously rescheduled to earlier in the day so I could have a loaner car. How nice of your people to do that. Must have been a big fix and I was happy to have a loaner car so I could go home (Park City) and do things, then return at the end of the day. Good job! More

The sales personnel answered my questions and truly put the customer first. They wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Even when I was offered optional extra warranties, I was not pressured to buy the warranties. I left the dealership totally satisfied with my car purchase. Mark Miller is definitely worth the drive (50 miles). More
