When it was finished, 'Chris' came and found me and patiently took the time to go over EVERY SINGLE poin I went in for an oil and filter change today. When it was finished, 'Chris' came and found me and patiently took the time to go over EVERY SINGLE point on the service forms with me-checked the fluids, checked the alignment, check the air in the tires, etc. He did it in a clear and concise manner that left me absolutely NO questions to ask! He was terrific and I have to say, that was the very best service visit I have ever had. Thanks so much, Mark Miller! That is why you have me as a customer for life!! More

Usually a great experience. I drive in from North Ogden to this SLC dealership because the drive is worth it. The only reason I assigned 4 out of 5 stars is because of only one detail: all the other times I've come to Miller Subaru for repairs (engine work -- the sort of things I would rather have the pros handle rather than my buddy mechanic) I've been treated like a queen -- my car gets washed/vacuumed, etc. This small "thank-you" service has not happened the last two times. Twice now I was told they were too busy or some other such thing. This small gesture does mean a lot to me, especially since I am mobility impaired and come from such a long way to have my car taken care of. Thanks, Yolanda More

We knew exactly what we were looking for when we walked in the door and Tony had 2 versions that filled all the squares. We didn't realize that only the Limited has the auto-braking in reverse so we ended up switching to that model. Tony knows these cars in a most expert way and really showed us their great features but without the hype and pressure so common with car salesmen. He also went above and beyond when we had a condition that might have forced us to cancel the contract by allowing us to push the time limit by 2 days because of the weekend interfering with our ability to make a decision. Tony is truly a caring man who knows and revels in a job he does VERY well! I would strongly recommend working with Tony at Mark Miller! More
