I know NOTHING about cars, so I didn't know if my steaming hood was because of a minor problem, or because of a serious or potentially dangerous problem. After being told by another dealership that they couldn't look at my car until Thursday, Mark Miller Subaru Service said they could take a quick look that morning to try to identify the cause. In less than an hour, I knew I had a cracked boot that would require repair and I was in a loaner car to enjoy the rest of my weekend. On Monday, my car was fixed. Initially, I worried that I would be stuck in a rental car for at least a week and that Saturday morning would be wasted making transportation arrangements. Rochelle (on the phone) and Jeremy (in the Service department) saved my weekend - they were proactive, friendly, and went out of their way to help. It was an exceptional customer service experience. Other dealer websites I frequented often weren't up to date and wouldn't contain an accurate inventory so when I'd call about a particular car I'd learn it was no longer on the lot. They had an excellent selection of Legacy's in the specific trim package I was looking for and at a very fair price. The 0% financing option was also a huge factor in our decision to purchase at this time. I had been referred to a different dealership though the Costco Auto Program and the salesman that reached out to me was more interested in trying to persuade me that I should wait until the 2018s rolled out in August. Markk Patterson (the salesman that helped us at Mark Miller) gave me a very honest assessment of the pros/cons of waiting for a 2018. The deals on the 2017s were just too good to pass up at this point. More
