Valve cover oil leak issue I had an oil leak coming from the valve cover. It was a 5 year, 60000 mile warranty item. I had 59000 miles but exceeded the warranty by 2 months, b I had an oil leak coming from the valve cover. It was a 5 year, 60000 mile warranty item. Passenger airbag recall I brought in my Subaru Legacy for the passenger side airbag recall. I had previously made an appointment and was told the replacement could take from I brought in my Subaru Legacy for the passenger side airbag recall. I had previously made an appointment and was told the replacement could take from 4 to 6 hours to complete. Having said that, the service staff was waiting and ready to work on my car. I am from out of state and when the service mechanics found out that I would be waiting in the waiting room for the entire time, they said they would try to expedite my wait time, even though I assured them that I had brought a book with me and was looking forward to the time to read. They did indeed finish my car in record time. I was thrilled with their thoughtfulness and professionalism. We have 2 Subarus - a legacy and an outback. We have only had them serviced with Mark Miller in Sandy since we have purchased them, even though there are other dealers closer. They have always done excellent work. We love them!! More

After a quick service stop with a patient service rep and a scheduled appointment with another service rep, a patient technician found the tiniest of After a quick service stop with a patient service rep and a scheduled appointment with another service rep, a patient technician found the tiniest of rocks that was causing the most irritating inconsistent sound as it spun around the rotor. The service rep could have just written this off as an unfounded issue and sent me on my way but agreed to keep the car overnight to see if the morning yielded the noise again and thankfully it did!
