Bad Experience at Bertera to Great Experience at Marlborough My first experience with a Nissan dealership was with Bertera Nissan located in Auburn. To say the least, the experience was rather unpleasant. I went My first experience with a Nissan dealership was with Bertera Nissan located in Auburn. To say the least, the experience was rather unpleasant. I went into the dealership after work to get a quote on the red Nissan Juke that they had in stock as well as to see if they could find a yellow 2016 stinger edition Juke. They checked my car and gave me a quote on my car for a trade in. My keys were not returned to me until I asked for them quite awhile later. They were also unwilling to work with me at all. He said straight out that this is the price and that's that. I told him that I would consider it and I left. Later that day, I decided to check out Truecar to see if I was offered a good deal or not. Well, Bertera Nissan called the next day and told my mother verbatim that we screwed ourselves over by going through Truecar. He said that he could no longer give me a better deal which was weird since he said that he couldn't give me a better deal the night before. After he was rude to my mother, I refused to do business with them. After I signed up for a Truecar quote, I was contacted by Marlborough Nissan and I planned to show up on the following Saturday. It was an entirely different experience. Everyone there was professional and friendly. It was a completely hassle free experience and Brian Rogers was very pleasant to work with. Marlborough Nissan offered me a better trade in value on my car, treated my whole family with respect, and I absolutely love my car. I ended up with a 2017 solar yellow Juke that cost me just about the same price as the 2016 red Nissan Juke would have cost me from Bertera. The next time that I decide to get a Nissan, I am going to start at Marlborough Nissan. More
