Starting with the Sales Rep, Brian Berset, who is the most professional sales rep in an industry that normally has a bad reputation. Brian was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient and willing to work with me and my never-ending questions, plus handled the deal from beginning to end. Unlike every other time I bought a car, I despised the typical car gamesmanship whereby you started with the sales rep who quickly turned it over to the manager to accommodate questions, pricing, etc. HATE that dance. Nissan Marlboro staff is beyond stellar with every interaction from Brian, to Peter in finance to Danny the GM. I have never encountered such a fantastic experience in buying a car. I've also heard great things about their service department. If you're looking at a Nissan anywhere in New England, do yourself a favor and go to Brian and Nissan Marlboro. There's no better dealership.....guaranteed!!! More
Our First Nissan -- VERY HAPPY. We were drawn to Nissan exploring a car with a comfortable 3rd row for our growing family. In the past, we had exclusively owned Honda and Toyota. In exploring the third row, we found both the Pilot and Highlander did not have as smooth of a ride as the Pathfinder. The Pathfinder also has so many safety features and supports that make the ride feel smaller and more manageable. In the past, we had always wanted a Subaru Outback but the two times we visited that dealership we found the sales team to be so aggressive that it turned us off to the brand. We found our sales experience to be refreshing with Brian Rogers at Nissan Marlboro. We appreciated his informative sales approach that was to the point and did not waste our time. In past experiences, we had been frustrated by the amount of time it takes to buy a car due to the "communication" between the various in house departments (finance/appraisal/sales/etc). Brian quickly assessed our needs and personal interests and we did not sit around waiting for others to communicate to facilitate our deal. Brian is attentive, responsive, and educates his customers fully demonstrating all features of the vehicles. More

Poor service Scheduled and confirmed a meeting with sales manager to buy a car on a Friday. Told him I wanted it to be a 1 visit process, as I was driving from Ma Scheduled and confirmed a meeting with sales manager to buy a car on a Friday. Told him I wanted it to be a 1 visit process, as I was driving from Maine. Asked him if I needed anything besides my license and check book, which was answered with a "nope". When I show up day scheduled, the sales manager wasn't even there (even though his email the day prior had said "see you then". I dealt with another sales rep and told him I was ready to buy the vehicle. I then learned that I couldn't take it home since MA doesn't issue temp plates. The car wasn't even ready for me to take - it wasn't clean and there was a minor repair needed. I ended up driving back to Maine without the vehicle, which they ended up delivering to me Monday (the only positive part of my interaction with them). After getting the vehicle, it didn't have an owner's manual and upon State inspection, it needed rotors fixed, they said a manual would take 2 weeks. 4 weeks and 3 emails later, I still don't have it. Sales manager blamed Thanksgiving holiday for the delay but never apologized. When I emailed him about my frustration with the entire process, he again offered no apology and blamed me for not knowing the license plate laws. In fact, he claims that I never told him I was going to pick up the vehicle on that Friday, even though I told him I wanted to buy it that day and only make 1 trip to do so. He told me that he wouldn't apologize for any of these dealing, despite me voicing my frustration with numerous items throughout the process. It was a terrible way to handle a customer. Rude, disrespectful and condescending emails are not what I would expect from a sales manager. More

This was my first EV and Jim was great at explaining what to expect when switching over to electric. My conversation with him solidified my decision to make the move to an electric vehicle. The entire purchase and pickup process went quickly and smoothly and Jim was very responsive to all my questions and requests. This was definitely the most comfortable experience that I have had when purchasing a vehicle. I would certainly recommend any friends or family members who are interested in a Nissan to pay Jim a visit. More
