We discussed pricing on the car I was looking at, and when I countered the asking price with a car listed at another dealer, he quickly looked it up online, got the sales manager over, and we had a satisfactory deal in minutes. There was none of the usual, "Oh, I have to pass this by my manager" and then the sales guy hangs out in the manager's office talking Red Sox for 10 minutes and comes back to say, "Sorry, my manager says he has to make a living." I like the way the dealership does business. They prepped the car beautifully, Brian spent time showing me the technology items, and off I went. The one thing preventing 5 stars for the dealership is the $199 charge for filling the tires with nitrogen. I know it's a corporate gimmick, but I should have been given the option to refuse it.
