Great sales department - Horrible service department The sales person (Casey) was friendly and professional, he quickly took care of setting us up for a test drive and worked with us to get to a price po The sales person (Casey) was friendly and professional, he quickly took care of setting us up for a test drive and worked with us to get to a price point everyone could agree on. Both Casey and the gentleman in charge of completing the paperwork were patient and understanding of the stress that can be induced when buying a car. I had to return a few days after receiving the car so the service department could do the required state inspection after registration was finished up - The service group is absolutely horrible - they never bothered to tell me my car was ready and when I eventually asked as it was taking 4 times longer than predicted, I was told that they didn't know where I was sitting, so assumed I would get bored and "figure it out eventually" (there is one indoor waiting area and a second patio section outside, silly me to think they would try calling my name out in those two areas!). They then gave me my keys, but couldn't tell me where they had parked my car, so I had to set off the car alarm to locate it in the parking lot. I also had to return to collect all the paperwork they failed to give me. More

Stay away from Service Department! On Apr 9th, I towed my car to Nissan Marlboro Dealership. My car was not speeding, I suspected that it had transmission problems and I also know that On Apr 9th, I towed my car to Nissan Marlboro Dealership. My car was not speeding, I suspected that it had transmission problems and I also know that Nissan has extended warranty on it. As a part of car's history, I told them that 2 months ago I hit a snowbank and had front body work done in a shop. I left my car in the morning and towards evening, i got a call from dealership saying that pressure clam on cooler hose was moved by someone (most probably by shop when body work was done) and this caused transmission failure. It is not covered under warranty and I have to pay $4,300. They sent me a picture to prove their point. I didn't believe them since shop only dealt with external work (if needed I could have internal stuff fixed since my insurance was ready to cover %100).They also told me that there is no way around and I have to replace the entire transmission. 1 day later, I towed car to shop and have them looked at it. They said there is no problem on transmission and they poured some transmission oil or fluid whatever its called (there were already 6 quarts of oil/fluid in transmission despite dealer's claims that system has been leaking for last +1 months). My car started working and I have been driving my car since (140 miles I drove). I went back to dealership to request a refund for the diagnosis fee they charged ($110) - and asked them why they lied to me, They didnt even try to defend themselves, instead disrespectfully told me "so whats your point" - I interpreted this as "so we lied to you in order to rip you off, and you proved us wrong, so whats your point, what can you do?" I said ok and left immediately. I already complained to Attorney General's office and BBB. I will be writing reviews on several other websites. Even if I dont win, at least I get the word out. More

We came in with both of our young kids, and were pressed for Brian and the team at Marlboro Nissan was very accomodating and enjoyable to work with. Brian was cordial, easy going and extremely helpful. Josh initiated the conversation by first asking me clear questions about the discounts I would eligible for and then giving a me a single price that I could not refuse. I did my research via True car, contacted a few dealers to get quotes, but dealing with Josh simple. He laid all the costs up front and gave me a simple quote and all the fees I would expect to pay.No hidden nonsense. I found a similar straight to the point - no bull experience even at the dealership. I did the test drive, got my options on financing and the rebates (and their combinations) and just did the deal. No pressure selling, no up-selling. It was absolutely a pleasant experience, If I am going to get another Nissan , Marlboro Nissan would be my first consideration. More

To the point and easy Our Sales person was Brian Rogers. We where going to check a particular car that we have seen the day prior, but when we got there it was sold.
