Auygur, we are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience in our service department. In your situation, unfortunately, when work is done by a non-Nissan Certified repair center we are not able to warranty any issues due to their work completed. Extensive bodywork being done to the vehicle most likely resulted in the clamp being moved in order to fit the new parts in place. The transmission leak probably not caused by the accident but by someone forgetting to put the clamp back in place during repairs. Had the bodywork been done here we would have been responsible and been able to warranty the transmission. A Diagnosis charge is standard at all service centers. When the dealer/shop finds the problem with the vehicle, and if the customer completes the work at the same location, then the diagnosis charge is usually waived. However, because we found the problem you were having with your transmission, and chose not to fix it here, we were unable to refund you the diagnosis fee. We do apologize for your misunderstanding.
