I had the good fortune of speaking with Jim McCall who scheduled me for an appoint I found my way to Marlboro Nissan through their website years ago. I had the good fortune of speaking with Jim McCall who scheduled me for an appointment to meet with him. When I got there I was very nervous due to past experiences I'd had at other dealerships. This was totally the opposite, Jim made me feel at ease right away, carefully and patiently explaining what they had available, answering the many questions I had, working with me and my budget. Josh Keevan was exceptional as well. Mike Johnson had my paperwork processed immediately. There were smiles and hellos from the staff as they walked by Jim's desk, made me feel like royalty. I could have stayed there all day, just a Wonderful car buying experience. Up until I had gone there I thought all dealerships were pushy, and didn't care about the customer's needs. I was wrong. Walking through those doors many years ago was one of the best decisions I ever made. I am now on my 5th car, and I recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to go to Marlboro Nissan. I can promise you, you'll never look at another dealership again. The service department is great as well, from the time you pull into the lot, they are waiting with a smile and a greeting. They always take care of your needs and there's no long periods of time waiting. Such professionalism, courtesy and genuine caring, you feel like family. The only one missing was Murdoch. Awesome experience purchasing a 2015 Nissan Rogue! I came into Marlborough Nissan the day after I had a not so great experience at another dealer. Luckily, Brian and the rest of the staff who greeted and helped me were awesome and made the entire process from start to finish a great experience. Brian was able to find me the car I wanted and worked with me on the price I was looking for with no pressure to purchase, even gave me more on my trade-in than the first dealer I went to was offering. I have purchased a couple cars from other dealers in the past and this dealer has by far been the most positive experience. I will never go to another Nissan dealer again! I definitely recommend going to this dealer if you're looking for a new car. More

Stress-free Experience I came to Marlboro Nissan after dealing with the north-of-Boston dealers. Let's just say not all dealerships are equal. I was looking for my third Alt I came to Marlboro Nissan after dealing with the north-of-Boston dealers. Let's just say not all dealerships are equal. I was looking for my third Altima and Marlboro Nissan had a lot more certified SL's to choose from than any other dealership in the area. Brian Rogers worked with me and was very calm, professional, personable and knowledgeable about the Altima.I called ahead and the car I inquired about was waiting. Within 10 minutes of my arrival I was left to test drive the car by myself for as long as I needed. Usually I have a salesman pitching the car as I drive it. Brian was very easy to talk to and I feel I was treated fairly with price and trade-in values. I would recommend this dealership and Brian Rogers specifically if you want a stress-free experience. Buying my first Nissan Rogue- great experience! I was in desperate need of a new car since my old car was falling asleep.
