I didn't have to wait at all, a huge pet peeve of mine when dealing with other dealers. Also, Brian did a terrific job of keeping me abreast of developments throughout the process and I made the delivery process efficient and smooth. It also helps that he possess the wit and sarcasm that most cars salespeople lack. Also, kudos to Josh Keevan for a quick and painless sales negotiation process. He respected my desire to conduct business online and without the need for the painful/awkward sit down and haggle process that most of us are accustomed to when car shopping.
