Not a great experience at all! I bought a used certified Nissan Rogue back in June. Took it for a little test run and I liked it, so I bought it. On my way home, I stepped on the b I bought a used certified Nissan Rogue back in June. Took it for a little test run and I liked it, so I bought it. On my way home, I stepped on the brakes doing 60 mph and the whole car shook. Called the dealership immediately and they had me bring it back the following Monday. My front rotors needed to be replaced. While I was there, I waited for my registration and inspection sticker. I waited in the garage bay door while they inspected my car. As they pulled out of the garage, I noticed my rear tail light was out, AFTER they had just put on my good inspection sticker. I told them about it and they changed the bulb before I left. A few days later, my light was out again. Brought it back so they could fix it again. Not even two weeks later, my rear brakes started squealing and grinding. I then had to take the car back a third time to get my rear rotors replaced. Within that time span, I also noticed water leaking from under my dashboard and onto my foot after it had rained. After they had changed my rear rotors, they tried duplicating the leaking problem to no avail. I was ready to return the car! The manager said they don't buy cars back. Then in the next few sentences he said that in all the years he's been there, he's never had to buy a car back. That was confusing! My car left the lot with a bad tail light, bad front rotors, bad rear rotors, water leaking under my dashboard and also a nick in the front windshield which they told me I had to get repaired myself. Every time I brought the car back to get it fixed, all they could say was sorry and I hope you don't have to come back again. They only offered to put gas in my car once...after I drove away. Corporate didn't say much, but they did give me a gift card for any service or parts at any other Nissan dealer. The amount won't even cover the full oil change I need for my car...gee thanks! I like the car, but I don't feel as though it's even worth what I paid. There's also a consistent rattling under my dashboard when I'm driving and every time I back up and step on the brakes, I hear a loud clunk. I've had cars twice as old as this one with less problems and noises. I love Nissan cars and was very excited when I was able to get the Rogue, but it's been very disappointing so far. I've heard so many great things about Nissan too, but this just hasn't been the best experience whatsoever. Needless to say, I will be getting the money back for my extended warranty, drive it through the winter, then I'll sell it. More

My wife and I originally visited Marlboro Nissan about 6 months ago. We test drove a vehicle and, after careful consideration, decided the time wasn't right for us. I have had nightmare experiences with pushy dealerships in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised that Brian was understanding of our situation. He didn't give us any hassles at all. That helped us make our decision to return to Marlboro Nissan and ask for Brian to make our purchase once we were ready. The transaction was very smooth, especially once our minds were made up. Within an hour, I had test-driven a car, put down our deposit, and signed all paperwork. If not for the insurance company, I'm sure we would have been done that day. The whole time, Brian helped us through the process and made us feel good about our decision. Peter assisted us with the finance piece, and he was very good at helping us through the paperwork. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would recommend it to friends in the area. More

I did not feel like a prey, there was no pressure to sell the car, or up-sell accessories that I don't need. They were perfectly fine with me "taking a step back" to return next day. They gave a good price for my trade-in too. Once I made the final decision, the paperwork in the back-office done within minutes. At the time of delivery, Brian took the time to go over the features again, and offered to help, train or answer any questions that I may have. The conversations did not just die once you hand over the check and sign the papers, unlike what happens at many other dealerships. Overall it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Marlborough Nissan to my friends, I will surely return to them for my next Nissan purchase. More

I have nothing negative to say about the staff (sales and service) as I have always been treated fairly and with respect. I was referred to them the first time by a co-worker and the transaction was painless, so the second time around, it was a no-brainer to take my business back to Marlboro Nissan. I would say that the whole process took about 1 1/2 hours with no nonsense, especially when one is a woman.
