JMay34, we are terribly sorry that you did not have a pleasurable experience with your Nissan Rogue. From our records you have not been in to see us since July and it is now November. The last time you were here, 4 months ago, to have these issues addressed we did replace your rear taillight bulb (twice), as well as install new front and rear brake rotors. If you had made us aware of the windshield knick at time of delivery we would have been happy to have that fixed. We have a windshield repair professional on site every Wednesday. Our service technicians made multiple attempts to duplicate the water leak you claimed however, they were not able to. Unfortunately, we cannot fix a problem we cannot find. In regards to the manager saying he has never had to buy back a car, he was referring to the MA Lemon Law. This law states that a dealership will buy back a vehicle when it has been deemed a "Lemon" by the state of MA. The only way a vehicle is a Lemon is if there is no resolution to the same problem after multiple attempts to fix it. Again, we are sorry for your disappointment.
