Email conversations were great and a dollar figure per month was achieved. Casey gave us a price on a lease or purchase on one or two cars. We decided on a Purchase of a 2014 Maxima SV w/Premium pack, trading both our vehicles in. Monthly payment worked for us, shook hands -Great Deal ! (I didn't get it in writing, we trusted him) Fast forward two days On the date to sign papers. Mike Johnson tells me that all of the financial info was not valid, and the deal would from a purchase to a lease for over a hundred dollars more! I asked why was I given an offer, excepted the offer on Monday, and now on Wednesday the deal was off (btw we didn't try and add anything or try to change the deal) Mike Johnson says "he's not sure of what he did, but that deal won't happen". Basically either they screwed up or they decided they didn't want our trade-ins. Either way, horrible business in my mind. Monday, being a holiday, I asked Casey specifically if the deal was good, even though we hadn't signed papers yet, and you said definitely. Casey was off on Wednesday. We emailed him, and have received no response as to what happened-no response . Pathetic Our family has given plenty of business over the last 20 or so years. All respect has been lost. We will take our business elsewhere. DO NOT waste your time and aggravation @Marlboro Nissan More

After doing enough research on the internet,I went to Nissan Marlboro on Sunday (10/12/14) to I am actually from NJ, moved couple of weeks ago to MA. After doing enough research on the internet,I went to Nissan Marlboro on Sunday (10/12/14) to check out a Murano. This was the only place near my area that was having a Garnet colored certified pre-owned Murano with very very less miles on it. Brian was so kind and helpful. He showed me the car and explained all the features. I had to trade in my car as well. Total process took only less than an hour - to trade in the car, sign the agreement and test drive. It was so easy and wonderful experience. Today (10/14/12) I got my vehicle after the registration and inspection (delayed by one day because of the Columbus day). All together my experience was really good. Financing dept also requires a special mention as there was no unwanted questions or asking for documents for income verification etc. They are the best.!! I really recommend this place to my friends.. More

What a great experience! I visited Marlborough Nissan with intention to decide what car I should get at the end of me lease. Instead I left the place with a brand new car. Salesperson Greg Tiede came in 3 times with his customers who were then serviced before me. Why? At checkout I was given an expired coupon for a free oil change, LOL! Are you kidding me? What I came in for was SERVICE which I and many others did not get today 10/4/14. It is NO wonder why this dealership is NOT #1 anymore. I will NOT be buying a new Nissan Rogue during the November sale. I will be going somewhere else where HIGH SCHOOL kids do not run the service department on Saturdays. More
